How to receive newsletters

You may join at any time by clicking here

Once you have completed the short form to join the mailing list, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Only when you have done this will you be on the list.

If you STILL don’t receive my emails, please:

1. Add my email address to your contacts book
2. Check your junk mail/spam folder.

Data Protection / Privacy Policy

I will never sell or share your information. I will keep your details only under two circumstances:

1. With your consent, if you have opted into my mailing list. You can join my mailing list here, and you have the option to opt out at any time.

2. If I need them because you have placed an order through me. If you wish to have your details erased, please get in touch using the email address at the top of this blog.

Stampin’ Up!® orders
If you pay for orders via online bank transfer, I do not receive your bank details.

If you have given me your credit card details for an order, rest assured that I destroy these as soon as the information has been input into Stampin’ Up!®'s website. SU encrypts the information and stores it on their server; you can read Stampin’ Up!®’s privacy policy here.

Class registrations
If you pay for classes via online bank transfer, I do not receive your bank details.

I collect class registrations via Airtable and keep these until my tax return for that year is filed. If you wish your details to be deleted sooner, please contact me.

Newsletter
My newsletters are sent via MailChimp and the option to remove your details from my mailing list is included at the bottom of each newsletter. You can view MailChimp’s privacy policy here

If you have any questions, please ask!

Class fees

Classes fees are payable in advance. If you have to cancel, I will do my best to accommodate.

1. Cancellations two weeks before the class date: A full refund can be given, or a credit towards product or another event.

2. Cancellations less than two weeks before the class date: Unfortunately I cannot guarantee a full refund in these circumstances as I will have paid for and prepared the supplies. However, a full kit will be provided for you to complete at home.

Class attendees

My classes are aimed at an adult audience, although children who are competent crafters are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult, with the following age limits:

Daytime classes: minimum age 10
Evening classes: minimum age 14. (Please note that the conversation may not always be suitable for children but, by the age of 14, they have heard it all at school!)
